Plenty of sites, life coaches, gurus can tell you the correct recipe to change your life. Do you want to loose weight? No problem: state your idea, split it in small reachable steps, put reasonable goals, achieve goals one by one …
One recipe can differ from the other … but those are the main ingredients.
And now the question: does this stuff really work with hard goals? My answer is: NO NO NO!
I think it works just if you have a SUPERIOR MOTIVATION and in that case any recipe is good!
Two stuff can help this kind of motivation:
- PAIN or FEAR !!! Have you survived from an heart attack? You will loose weight!
- INSPIRATION !!! Do you want to marry that person? You will loose weight!
And again … any receipt will be good!
