The ‘teacher’s pet syndrome’, as I call it, is that compulsion that drives some people to:

  • answer to any question even if they are not asked to;
  • physically feeling BAD if they don’t known ‘the answer’ or if they are not recognized as best in class

but, above all, this is a great symptom of future micro managers.

All-knowing leads to poor trust to others of your ‘species’ and create conflict.
