Last week I interviewed a 20 years old candidate. I seldom have the chance to interview very young and non graduate candidates so I noticed many differences.
Two things I want to share with you:
- his definition of ‘good boss’ is: someone who has an iron hand, someone who command respect … and very demanding
- he gave thanks because the interview lasted 45 minutes while the standard interview he is usually getting are 5-10 minutes long
