Being in a decent physical shape is the REAL essential condition to be a decent husband, father, worker, human … especially when you are over 35.
Yesterday the weather was great and I decided to went out for some running: there is a beautiful park next to my house and, as I’m ‘a bit’ out of training, I wanted to catch up a little bit.
I have a brand new heart rate monitor watch where you set up your age and weight and it automatically calculates the ‘cardio range’ for your exercises.
I wore it, than I put on my training pants and my shoes and … I heard a beep-beep coming from my watch. Guess what .. I was already OVER the max threshold for my cardio exercise 🙂 .. I think there is more then ‘a little bit’ to catch up!
