I was reading a magazine last day, not exactly the Harvard Business Review 🙂

There was an article in which old famous people in Italy talk about lessons they have learned in their lives and want to share with the readers.

A famous psychologist said that the key is having and goal and splitting it into small steps. Focus, determination, steps celebration.

A famous Jazz player said that you shouldn’t be obsessed by the result, you should more enjoy ‘the trip’ in achieving it.

Quite different perspectives, aren’t they?
