Intriguing definition and I know what you are thinking: they (the customer) are not respecting me so there is no way!
I think someone has to start and that we (as ‘suppliers’) should really start asking if we are truly respecting ‘them’: listening to their needs, providing solutions/products up to the expectations, ….
