I’ve recently had the experience to see part of my group being moved into another building.

For this reason we have substituted part of the ‘face-to-face’ communication with e-mails.

We have been knowing each other for years, we share common values, we share goals BUT my emails are misunderstood with a surprising frequency and this is NOT good at all !

What to do?? Being better in communicating also via email AND use email just when it’s necessary. But above all fight to stay as near as possible with the whole team!
