I use to say that’s always important to communicate and that 90% of problems, in our business life, can be avoided with a better communication. So: communicate, communicate, communicate!
But you know what, sometimes communicating means giving bullets to someone who’s not interested in reaching the same goals you have. Sometimes it’s giving something that can be used as a support from our counterpart.
I’m not saying we have to lie, I’m saying that we might think not to say something in some occasion.
