This week end I had the chance to be a standard user of the apps my division is developing.
Nice try: I’ve experienced many good features and some stuff that I wouldn’t accept being a regular user.
Yes I knew there are some problems but I personally didn’t feel they were like this.
I think we (as IT professionals) have to go a long way in the direction of being better in listening, understanding and feeling the way our user feels. This cannot be translated simply in priorities: we have to be MORE together.
