Focusing my attention on agile methodologies, I often find new ways to look at the benefits (or the problems) that such a paradigm involves.

After a very interesting marketing class I attended some weeks ago, I learnt the concept of ‘product experience’. The ‘product experience’ is something related to associating a customer with a product/brand giving it a uniform set of experiences inside and outside the product: something that makes the customer feel better beyond the simple functionality of the product.

In this respect, I think agile methodologies offer a real product experiences making the customer PART of the developers team.
