During the Making Innovation training I did, there was a topic on how companies look for new ideas.

The teacher said that BIG companies, among many other strategies, try to find and develop ideas outside the company itself: making spin-off or joint ventures. The reason is that the big company inertia could slow down the innovation process.

Well, I often hear about the association: ‘big company’ – ‘slow’. It’s like it were ‘natural’: like for elephants or whales.

I don’t have a recipe but I DO think this is wrong!! I DO think big companies can be dynamic and fast!!

If you have the recipe, let me know! 🙂
