I manage an agile sw dev team.

We use to split user requests into small, well defined, testable pieces during meetings WITH the user.

This lead to a bunch of good advantages AND in these days I’ve found a problem.

A user of ours perceives this splitting as a weakness: ‘ I have to explain the same thing again and again! It’s easy! Why don’t you understand? '
It’s like we are not getting the point and try to ‘reinforce’ topics just because we don’t understand.

To tell the truth our user is not saying we don’t understand, he just feels that there is something wrong!
