Excellent presentation -well worth watching! The books sounds great and I intend to get a copy. Thanks for taking the time to do excerpts in such a fun and effective way!

I agree, from my experience, the wrong PowerPoint can be the kiss of death. What I have found is the biggest challenge for most corporate execs is trying to decide what content is the most important to present for a particular meeting or group. They get caught up in the details and often find it difficult to see the big picture clearly enough to communicate it persuasively or in an engaging manner. I usually recommend starting by trying to capture on paper what your are NOT proposing, recommending, or selling first as a way of beginning to get your brain in gear creatively. It also helps to consider what your competitors or opponents might say about your idea, message or product, too, and to capture these “other” perspectives from the start to keep your thinking “fresh” and on point. Again, thanks!
