I don’t know why no matter I know and understand that reality is perceived and some other NLP facts but I’m still amazed of the this: take some people getting out from a meeting room, ask them what has happened, you’ll get opposite answers.

The facts (the territory) is still there but everyone has a different interpretation (the map). And this lead to substantially different answers. 

Even shared action items, following a meeting, can be interpreted.

Yes, sometimes you can reconstruct a decent idea of the territory if you look at many different maps but …
