		<description>I think that rapport in emails is as essential as in direct communication. Best example is a SPAM mail. Spammers do not have rapport, we just delete their mails ( well most of us ) where as You are reading a subscribed newsletter with a completly different mindset.</description>

I agree - it can be done in email as well.  There are many clues, and once one starts looking, they get easier and easier to see.  It's a great way to increase communication and reduce the chances of a misunderstanding.
