… continue from previous post … Using all these gathered data, put a price to every service you provide : share it with the company, benchmark with the market. Define a set of apps/services/things you make AND support. Share it. You are not paied to do EVERYTHING, and do it NOW. Define and share clear approval/authorization paths. You own the techonolgy, you are not the HR dept or similar. When you track all these info: publish it. Create a Tableu de Bord. Measure customer satisfaction! How??? Here I need your help!!
